This policy explains what information the EZlist marketing website at www.ezlist.store collects and how we use it. EZlist ("EZlist", "we", "us") is operated by Nifty Inc. The EZlist apps and the web app at app.ezlist.store are covered by a separate app privacy policy.
Information we collect on this website
- Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can read your message and reply to you.
- Anti-spam verification. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you're not an automated bot. To run this check, Cloudflare may process your IP address and basic browser/interaction signals. We receive only a pass/fail result, not the underlying data.
- Standard server logs. When you submit the form, our hosting provider records technical metadata such as IP address, timestamp, and request details, used for security, debugging, and abuse/rate-limit protection.
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, does not set tracking cookies, and does not require you to create an account. Browsing the site collects nothing beyond standard server logs.
How we use this information
- To read and respond to the messages you send us.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.
- To keep the website secure and reliable.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing email because you used the contact form.

Service providers (subprocessors) that operate this site
on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services — website hosting (S3 + CloudFront), the contact-form pipeline (API Gateway + Lambda), and email delivery (SES), in the United States.
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot-protection on the contact form.
- Business transfers. If EZlist or Nifty Inc is involved in or evaluating a merger, acquisition, investment, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or a sale or transfer of some or all of our assets or business, information collected through this site may be disclosed or transferred to the parties involved as part of that transaction.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or EZlist.
Data retention and deletion
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our records, then delete them when no longer needed. To request deletion of a message you sent us, use the contact form on this site.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
International users
This website is operated from, and information is processed and stored in, the United States. By using the contact form you consent to this processing.
